We stumbled upon Sand Dunes Lodge on a road trip and decided to stay. Best decision of the trip. The room was clean, the lake view was stunning, and the breakfast was better than any hotel buffet we've had.
Perfect spot for a fishing weekend. We were on the lake by 6 AM and back at the lodge by evening. The fire pit was the highlight — we sat out there every night with a cold drink and just enjoyed the silence.
